OUR STORY
Devenie Robbins and Manouchcar Pierre-Val met on the steps of nursing school over a decade ago and they immediately bonded on how to solve an unorganized nursing class photoshoot. By offering their unsolicited suggestions on how to systematize the disorder, their seed for their entrepreneurial journey was planted. Their unexpected interaction led to a lifelong friendship that developed into a business partnership just a few years later.
As like-minded board-certified Nurse Practitioners, they found that there was a need for a healthcare company that puts the patient first while maintaining quality. MMHS is an employee-centered workplace that fosters a trustworthy culture and employee satisfaction that favors great work-life balance. Their commitment to excellence birthed Modern Med Health Solutions into the prestigious company that it is today.
OUR FOUNDERS
Manouchcar P.,
MSN, ARNP, FNP-C
Manouchcar Pierre-Val, MSN, ARNP, FNP-C has a diverse spectrum of professional experience, including primary care, inpatient care, outpatient care, behavioral health and addiction treatment. This combination of deep domain knowledge and executive-level perspective provides Ms. Pierre-Val with the requisite tools to develop strategic solutions to complex problems. Ms. Pierre-Val received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing and a Master’s of Science in Nursing from South University with a specialization in Family Nurse Practitioner. Her first experience working with Veterans was during nursing school at Bay Pines VA Healthcare System as a Student Nurse. This is when she fell in love with working with Veterans and realized her innate desire to make a difference in their lives. Driven by passion and fueled by purpose, she takes pride in providing the best service to every patient and client. As a founder who takes an active role in day-to-day operations, her goals include creating a positive work environment that embraces individuality, encourages creativity, and promotes employee wellbeing and growth.

MSN, ARNP, FNP-C
Devenie Robbins, MSN, ARNP, FNP-C, a Florida native, developed a love for healthcare after graduating high school early and earning a phlebotomy certification. She later received her Bachelor’s and Masters of Science in Nursing from South University in Tampa, Florida. She has a multifaceted background of professional experience including primary care, inpatient care, outpatient care, behavioral health, teaching, and addiction treatment. Her inspiration for working with Veterans came from her grandfather who served in the United States Army during the Korean War. As a student Nurse she worked for Bay Pines VA Healthcare System which later influenced her entrepreneurial journey of serving those who served. With her personal core values as the foundation of her role as President of MMHS, it has guided her decision-making and successful leadership. As a founder and overseer of business operations her goals include pursuing and maintaining strategic partnerships, cultivating an inclusive employee-centered work environment, and providing quality healthcare services in both the government and private sector.
