Modern Med Health Solutions is seeking a full-time Healthcare Administration Coordinator with the following qualifications:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred

• Prior experience working in a medical office strongly preferred

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word)

Job Duties:

• Work with our Director of Operations to produce accurate and timely reports for clients and patients

• Assist in the reconciliation of confidential medical records and operations data

• Produce analysis with operating metrics data by procedure type

• Liaise with relevant teams to ensure industry-best operational standards

• Maintain flow of inbound and outbound documents

• Execute data entry functions for certain client reports and patient documents

• Assist the Operations team on special projects & ad hoc requests
